Vertulivin™ wants customers to feel confident when choosing furniture. If you need to request a return, please contact service@vertulivin.com within the return period shown on the store page or order information.
Returned products should be unused, clean, complete, unassembled when possible, and kept with original packaging. Items that show installation marks, heavy use, stains, odors, scratches, missing parts, modification, improper handling, or assembly damage may not qualify for return approval.
Because furniture may be large, heavy, or carefully packed, please review all measurements, product details, color notes, material information, and room requirements before ordering. Items that have been drilled, cut, altered, installed, heavily assembled, or damaged after delivery may have return limits.
Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Products returned without prior communication may be delayed or may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing parts, please email us with order details and clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue. Vertulivin™ will review the situation and provide a suitable next step.
